What is Training Dashboard: Training Dashboard is a web based set of forms where users are able to create and manage training announcements. Training announcements are published via API / feeds to websites of organizations that are a member of Training Dashboard and used in training invites. These announcements refer to webpages of other parties where visitors can register for a training. Registration for trainings is not part of Training Dashboard.
Types of information and purpose: Training Dashboard gathers the following information with the purpose as described below:
- Personal and account information from users (such as name, password and e-mail address), to be able to grant them access to Training Dashboard, to be able to contact and notify these users in the process of creating, managing and publishing event announcements for their organization. Training Dashboard requests a minimum of personal information.
- Organization related information (such as organization name, URL and city) to be able to validate the request of a new organization to get access to Training Dashboard and to connect event announcements to the company that organizes the event.
- Training related information (such as training data, location and description) to be able to publish this information via API / feeds onto the websites of participating organizations. The amount of clicks on published URL’s will be tracked to be able to report click statistics training owners.
- Information related to use of Training Dashboard: (such as notifications that have been sent, changes made by users to their trainings, error pages) are logged to be able to improve the working of the system.
Storage and use of data: all data that is provided by users is stored in a secured environment. Training information provided by users can be included in other websites. Training Dashboard collects and uses Personal Data (event organizer, first and last name, e-mail address and phone number) and non-personal data for the duration of existence of the user account for functionality, access, use and improvement of the tool. Training and organization related information will be kept for the duration of existence of the organizational account.
